FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION CERTIFICATION TRAINING
This class will prepare you for taking the National Registry of Food Safety examination, 5-year certificate. Fee includes 8-hour class and test. Testing takes place at the end of the second day of training. Textbook is required and can be purchased at Serra.
