With some bread you will scoop up some of the Moroccan Eggplant, Tabbouleh Salad and Middle East Lamb Stew. You will also get to eat some Bestillaphyllo dough stuffed with chicken and almonds and the top dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon. It is a fragrant treat exotic to Western tastes.
