CHINESE STYLE VEGETABLE COOKING

LET'S HAVE A TEA PARTY
Enrollment is limited to 12 students. Try something different!!! A tea party is a great way to entertain friends for a luncheon, baby or bridal shower, birthday or any other special occasions. During this 4-hour class we will make a variety of finger sandwiches, cakes and or cookies and learn about the presentation of the food. We will briefly discuss the three major types of tea (high tea, low tea and Chinese tea). We will explore a variety of teas and discuss the proper preparation of tea. A cup of tea with a friend or relative is a chance to share a ritual enjoyed by people worldwide. It is a time to enjoy the warmth and comfort offered by a cup of tea. It is a wonderful way to take your mind off stressful matters.
