CHINESE COOKING - INTERMEDIATE

CHINESE VEGETABLE COOKING
This class is especially designed for vegetable lovers. We will be preparing five different vegetable dishes using Chinese cooking methods, sauces and vegetables. We will be preparing the following: Szechuan eggplant, tofu with mixed vegetables, summer squash with walnuts, winter melon soup, and braised triple mushrooms. This is NOT a vegan class.

VEGETARIAN SUSHI
ThIS class is a wonderful alternative to regular sushi. This class is great for people who do not like raw fish and for those who would prefer to have a vegetarian alternative. We will be making rice cones stuffed with a variety of vegetables; maki, which is a rice roll wrapped in seaweed with marinated vegetable; nigiri, which is rice rolls topped with vegetables; and inari, which is fried bean cake filled with seasoned vinegared rice. This is NOT a vegan class.
