CERTIFICATION   SPANISH STUDENTS   PLAN CHECKING

FOOD SCIENCE, DIABETICS AND NUTRITION
FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION TRAINING AND EXAMINATION (a/c)

This class will prepare you for taking the ServSafe Serving Safe Food examination, 3-year certificate. Fee includes 8 hour class and test. Testing takes place at the end of the second day of training.

Textbook cost is approximately $87.

PLAN CHECKING CLASS (a)  NEW!

This four-hour class gives a comprehensive overview of the Health Department plan review process for retail food facilities. Includes design, construction, and equipment, with an emphasis on promoting food safety and sanitation, and successfully completing the plan review process. This class is intended for operators of retail food businesses, architects, contractors, and regulators.
