White Lettering On Blue Designates Full Class Maximum 16 Students. This will be the second in a series of the exciting and exotic cooking of Thailand. We will be preparing the traditional style dishes using some authentic and exciting spices. Our menu for the day will include: Coconut Chicken, Satay with Peanut Sauce, Crab Curry, Sour Prawn Soup and Coconut Pudding.
Maximum 16 Students. The wonderful world of Cajun and Creole cooking will be featured in this course. This is a style of cooking that is hearty, spicy and vibrant. We will prepare the following dinner: Seafood Gumbo, Blackened Red Fish, Shrimp Stuffed Cornish Game Hens, “Dirty Rice,” and Sweet Potato Pie.
Maximum 16 Students. Come to this four-hour workshop and learn to prepare a complete Japanese dinner from soup to dessert. The menu for the day will be Miso Soup. Beef Rolls, Chicken Yakitori (Marinated Chicken on Skewers), Vegetable and Shrimp Tempura, and Fruit Surprise.
Maximum 16 Students. Be the first on your block to have one of the most unusual parties en vogue. Sushi is good for cocktail parties, luncheons, dinners, and every other occasion where food is served. We will be making a wonderful variety of sushi at this four-hour workshop.
