GETTING ORGANIZED FOR PEOPLE WITH ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER Enrollment limited to 12 students. Do you have a stack of papers on your desk or on the floor? Do you put off starting or finishing projects because it feels overwhelming? Many people have not learned to create and use simple structures. Why not develop strategies and systems that will let you block time for priorities, plan your life, and get things done in a way you feel good about? Sydney Metrick, PhD, works with people to develop success skills and beliefs. Call her at 510.223.3882, or email

"YOU'RE ON THE AIR!" HOW TO REALLY MAKE IT IN VOICE-OVERS Voice-overs are hot today! You don't have to be an actor to get voice-over work, but it certainly doesn't hurt. With such notable talent as Morgan Freeman, Glenn Close, and Alec Baldwin lending their voices to commercials, films, and videos, one would think that it would be next to impossible to break into this field. Not so! In this class you'll learn about an exciting new way to get around the competition and actually turn voice-overs into a thriving full or part-time business.
