A course for beginning and advanced students, beginners learn how to set up books, process business transactions, and do end-of-period reporting for a simple business. Advanced students learn more complicated bookkeeping for a merchandising business and study special subjects such as payroll, depreciation, bad debts, and corporate accounting. Skills learned can help obtain employment as an account clerk or bookkeeper.

Knowledge of bookkeeping is strongly recommended for success in QuickBooks Pro.

Each year in California there are tens of thousands of REOs (Real Estate Owned) properties available for purchase, and estimates are this number will increase significantly next year. These properties often sell at a much lower price than the original loan amount. Qualification is easy for loans and low interest rates are often available, and even low down payments can be had as well.
