Learn from a museum curator safe
ways to handle, display, and store your treasured photographs.
Students will learn how to mat and frame photos, and learn safe scrapbooking
methods using museum-quality materials. Digital scanning and printing of
fragile photographs will also be covered. Students will have the
opportunity to work on their own photos during class, creating a beautiful
framed photo, scrapbook, or digital print. Materials fee of $10
payable to the instructor.

This course will guide first-time
and skilled computer application users in creating computer
generated cards using Microsoft Publisher. Students that have previous
experience with this program will have the opportunity to enhance their
skills and become more proficient. The course will emphasize creating,
editing, printing, and retrieving Microsoft Publisher files as well as
teaching students to create wonderful works of art in their homes for a
variety of events.
