This exercise program addresses bone loss and was designed by Dr. Miriam Nelson, author of Strong Women Stay Young., the recommended reading material.  It consists of 8 simple exercises. No sweat is involved, no getting down on the floor, and no expensive equipment to buy. Class held at RSC, Richmond Senior Center , 2500 McDonald Ave. , Richmond.
