Whether you're at the computer, driving, on the phone, exercising, playing
music, or gardening, unconscious habits of tension and misuse can cause back
and neck pain, repetitive stress injuries, and other problems. The Alexander
Technique is an educational method for eliminating these harmful habits
through increasing your awareness and improving the way that you perform
your daily activities. In this class you will be introduced to the basics of
the Alexander Technique and get an individual "mini-lesson" using some
everyday movements. If you've been curious about the Alexander Technique,
